During infancy: Every one loves to sleep, don’t you? It is natural that infants loves to sleep more than any one else. They often wake up from their bed, only when they feel hungry. Mostly the new born babies are sleeps more only waking to satisfy the demands of hunger. Actually they sleep frequently but sleep more than we expect. There should be great care regularly in case of sleep of infants. You should not be interfere or disturb infants while they sleep. You should take notice that your child be brought into the habit of sleeping in the middle of the day before its dinner. Otherwise it will make problem in night. Its sleep will be away from its eyes.
Initially infants should sleep with its parent. The heat of your body makes comfort to him. Sometimes the infant may wake up at night, if it will happen, take off from your body and give in care to other female at your home. Every day morning the baby needs food as well as nursing. This would help to mother in preservation of her own health as she able to a good sleep and also the baby will able to get sufficient food as milk. When the baby turns to a month or six weeks, try to put on dresses which will fit with it. Try to keep your room sufficiently warm, not exceed than 600 Celsius. Heat and temperature for babes are the most considerable factor. Extreme heat and cold is dangerous for babes. You can also suspect diseases by inflammation in internal organs of the babes. Pure air is the one of the best feature for the infant to get sufficient warm. Allow the infants to breathe freely in your home where the atmosphere should be kept warm. During childhood: It is necessary to sleep for one hour or before its dinner for third or fourth year child. During the child hood period it needs more sleep than adult age. Seven and eight hour is sufficient for a child to rest every day. It will make their health sound and solid. Actually there are no such definite rules of sleep for the child. You should attend the regularity in his sleep, and needs no interference in that sleep. And then only let the child can sleep without disturbances. Don’t wake up early in morning. There is no specific amount of time to sleep. It is necessary to preserve health of the babies. Children can sleep twelve to fourteen hours in a day. The schoolboy needs ten hour. As the age advances many do not spend more than four, five, or six hours in sleep. Mother sacrifices her own vanity for her child's health. You should aware of the timing of your child’s sleep whether there will be any party or not. Child may wake up early as from their refresh or rest, it get short in their rest time for only the previous excitement, and tiredness. Take a look that child are not lying on their bed although they wake up. You should be encourage them to arise immediately and early from their bed. This is the way to bring about the habit of early rising, which prevents many serious diseases. It will make them refresh and good health. You should not arouse suddenly from their sleep, which will have bad effect to their brain and also to heart. It will be good procedure to change of sleeping to walking. The bed should be comfortable to your child. Feather bed is always injurious to health of children which have serious effect to skin. Try to avoid cold as much as possible. Before they to bed check properly and shake it properly so that there will not any exhaust problem. Even check the room is well ventilated
